"Poor service"

I was treated cavalierly by the doctors in the clinic. I was referred for a lump in my breast which was cancerous. I had a mastectomy followed with a second surgery because 21 of 24 lymph nodes were cancerous. I was never seen all through my chemo and radiotherapy. I made an appointment to see the doctor who referred and when I got to the surgery I was not seen by them but a different doctor which was quite unsatisfactory. It was only when I went to the out of hours surgery that I was treated with respect. The doctor made a note about the lack of care I received. I live alone and was quite depressed. I was referred later by the doctor for surgery on a bunion on my left foot and never heard from the doctor again. The one time before surgery that I had an appointment with them they had me seen by a nurse and they had to ring the doctor to come into their room to see me. The are still taking patients and cannot cope with them. It is time something was done about them!
