About: Falkirk Community Hospital

(as the patient),

Given an appointment and when you arrive you are placed in a queue system on a first come first served basis! ! Why allocate appointments if you are not able to keep them? 1 hour and 30 minutes after the appointment time I finally get taken and the doctor is not interested that there is such a delay and non working system in place.
