What wonderful people the Urology team are.
The Surgeon, Sister and the Nurse not only gave a first class service, but also made me feel relaxed during my visit by their professional and friendly manner. The detailed explanation of my condition and treatment was also very reassuring.
I am expecting a return visit in a few months time and I'm just hoping that I get the same team, but I have no doubt that all the teams at the hospital are dedicated folk.
Well done Pontefract Hospital.
