"Amazing Staff"

About: Alnwick Infirmary

Myself and my partner were treated by a Nurse Practitioner following a small car accident (rear ended by another vehicle) whilst we were on our way to our holiday cottage.

The Nurse Practitioner was amazing, kind and showed us respect and dignity. I myself am a Student Nurse and they showed me the kind of Nurse that I aspire to be and really helped me to learn something about patient care during our visit.

I have been to a few Minor Injury Units and Primary Care Centres but none have impressed me as much as Alnwick Infirmary has. The staff are kind and deliver amazing person centred care and the facility is immaculate and has a homely feel that makes you feel like you are being treated like a family member.
