(as the patient),

I received excellent care in the theatre department, from Wendy where I was treated with respect and kindness and still given sufficient information as to what will happen next.

Rob OPD in the anaesthetic room was kind and kept me calm while I was prepared for my anaesthetic and whilst being anaesthetised

Mayla in the recovery room gave me excellent care and showed me kindness, she kept me informed about what was happening to me and what would happen next

I will share this with the teams concerned, who I know will be pleased to hear that your care pathway was managed well throughout the theatre department and your experience was positive at a time we recognise can be a difficult.
