Dear sirs,

I had a difficult and complicated birth in Dec 2012 and the delivery suite and the post natal care was phenomenal. Recently my son came in with a head/shoulder injury and he was seen almost immediately by the emergency department having x-rays and the service was immediate and sympathetic and caring. Yesterday I walked in almost blind from an eye injury and Treliske A&E were exemplary in what was a very frightening situation to be in. Today I can see. Yesterday I couldn't and it is that simple. I wish to extend my complete gratitude to the NHS, the health service and to every single person that has helped myself and my son over the last few years. Dedication, experience, not panicking, providing exceptional healthcare, this is what makes the NHS and I thank you for the bottom of my heart.
