How grateful I am Tina came into my life, she has been instrumental in my recovery. From the outset I felt she was not just listening to me but was actually hearing what I was saying. It was a long journey into detox and she supported me every step of the way both personally and through encouraging me into a ladies group, which was good grounding for City Roads (would highly recommend). Tina went far beyond the call of duty to ensure I was placed in the ideal rehab unit for my needs. Mission accomplished!

Tina, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Thanks for your feedback. It's great as service manager to hear such positive experiences from service users. I am so glad that your detox was planned and met your individual needs, both clinically and psychosocially in the community and inpatient. One our main aims to provide individualized care packages to support people on their own road to recovery.

What lovely feedback you have given to Tina, I will ensure she gets this and I also know that big smile or hers will be even bigger when she hears your feedback, as she is passionate in her role and recovery. She is a real assist and valued member of our team.
