"UTI and District Nurse"

About: Southampton General Hospital

(as the patient),

I was admitted as an emergency to AMU SGH, the treatment that I had whilst in AMU was very good.

The problems started when being discharged, as I had a catheter inserted when first admitted and was told that a TWOC (a trial without catheter) clinic would be arranged at SGH by a named Dr, this did not happen. I phoned urology several times and was told emphatically (finally) that a District nurse had been nominated and was going to contact me to arrange a time and date for a TWOC at home. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a call, let alone a TWOC visit.

Very sore, in pain and annoyed
