"Long Wait"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

Arrived on time for appointment.

Had vision checked within 10 minutes of arrival, then directed to wait to see doctor.

After a wait of 90 minutes I gave up.

Everyone who arrived after me was seen before me.

Some patients arrived an hour after me but were seen ahead of me.

Is there any record kept of how long patients have to wait?

Is there any record of how individual doctors keep patients waiting?

Not good enough....
