"Waiting on hold"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 21 minuets (now I'm number one in the queue). I think I'm more likely to get a response here than a new hip before Christmas

I think West mid need to sort out the admissions and referral....this is silly. There's no one to contact!
