Absolutely awful service! I called in regards to a friends appointment that had been 'rescheduled' via voicemail!
This was completely inappropriate to rearrange as assistance was needed urgently. I informed them that urgent care was needed, all they offered was a change of appointment for 3 days later...3 days later and no call was received.
I advised the receptionist that something was needed urgently as my friend was not in a good way. I asked for the crisis team's number and was told this was a service used by referral only. The last piece of advice I was given was a Samaritan's helpline and to be told to watch them, if they try anything to take them to A&E.
All in all I eventually got an emergency appointment with their GP, this resulted in a Crisis Team referral.
What disgusts me most, is that a person was crying out for help, they had no where to turn just to be told, we do not have time for you.
"If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would!"
