I attended for a colonoscopy in the endoscopy dept on 20.8.17 and I can honestly say I was absolutely amazed by all the staff on duty including the consultant. They were so kind, gave me information at every stage and lots of laughter which made me feel so relaxed. I have nothing but respect for every single person involved in my short stay yesterday. I was given a cup of tea and ginger biscuits afterwards which was extremely welcome after not eating for 24 hrs. Please pass on my congratulations to a wonderful team.
