About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

The Nursing team are useless the ward manager as not got their team under control. The staff team sit around the edge of room they do not engage with the patients they do not know there patients name sometime people been under their care for over 2 months. The service at springfeld needs complete makeover, have staff on duty that as respect for their patients and more family support. Springfield is like a prison, criminals in the prison service get better treatment and someone at Springfield Hospital that is suffering with mental health breakdown.

Springfield hospital need to change the way they work with patients as they come out worst and they went in.

My name is Claire Reid and I am the Engagement and Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust. I firstly want to thank you for taking the time to post about your experience with our services.

I am sorry that you have found the nursing team useless and that you have found they don't have respect or talk to service users in their care. I would like to pass this onto the Head of Nursing of the service line so this can be addressed.
