"Podiatry day surgery"

After previous outpatient appointments and treatment over the last 18 months all of which were on time , helpful and a good experience, surgery was decided on .

On the day I was made to feel extremely comfortable about the procedure and given all relevant information in a friendly informative manner.My husband and I were informed every step of the way and I felt the staff genuinely cared about my welfare and any questions or worries dealt with in a professional manner.

Nobody wishes to spend time in hospital but if it is necessary this is the sort of care and empathy that should be given to all.

Recovering at home with every confidence that follow up appointments will go to plan.
