Dear Hospital

I have just found this email address on your website and wanted to use it to give feedback to my hospital experience at the Worcester Hospital yesterday.

I came into the Endoscopy department and have to say I was very nervous to say the least as I have had this procedure once before a few years ago at another hospital and I can remember it was a horrible experience. However yesterday was completely the opposite. The whole team was just fantastic and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were so good I would like to mention their names, right from the start Claire, Laura, the lovely Sharon, Sue, Gincy and the Dr Mr Pandey. Hope I have spelt their names correctly.

Anyway please pass on my thanks to all the team in that department, they all deserve every penny they earn and fly the flag for the NHS
