I have had so much help from the health visitors with my 2nd baby. With initial breastfeeding problems but more importantly (to my sanity) when she was 9 month old and still waking every half hour to be breastfed back to sleep. I'm due back at work and in a state of panic because she won't take formula milk. I have had the best advice from Jill my health visitor about the sleep situation and hopefully, the rest will follow. I spoke to her for some advice on the phone and she visited me that afternoon and stayed for 2 hours ensuring I felt confident in my task ahead to get Olivia sleeping and taking formula. It's still early days but things are improving and I'm feeling hopeful. Without Jill's help I would close to feeling overwhelmed and not able to see any light at the end of the tunnel. I slept for 3 hours last night! ! The longest I or my baby have in 9 months!
