My appointment ran late by an hour yesterday, but the nurses and doctors made up for it. They explained the delay, kept us informed, I was allowed to go for a hot drink at the cafe. I suffer from anxiety, for which I have had therapy, didn't let on to staff, it was a pleasant surprise that all the nurses and the doctor were very kind and understanding.
