Very underimpressed to get a letter 11 days after referral for possible cancer to SA 'we are unable to accept your ... referral here ....Please contact your GP who will be happy to arrange a re-referral'. Wiil he be happy?
I'm not.
They could have moved much faster and told me the reason.
