"Very good service in A & E"

My Mum was taken ill at a wedding on the 16th August. I (her daughter) accompanied her to the hospital in the ambulance. We were in A and E for about 4 hours, where they run through a series of tests. From contact with the ambulance crew onwards my Mum was treated with care, dignity and kindness. She and I were kept informed the whole time.

I saw first hand how difficult it can be for them. I saw the staff act with patience and non-judgementally.
