This establishment is amazing.

My preprocedural interview started bang on schedule as did the treatment and I was out in no time.

Having said that, the pace was relaxed and I never felt rushed.

All staff were friendly, informative, helpful and supportive.

I felt really well looked after throughout.

I even received a follow up call the following day.

Thank you very much Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre and the two members of staff who looked after me so well!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent treatment at Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre.

We aim to provide a high quality, individualised patient focused service ensuring every patient is treated with the care and respect they deserve (and which we would all want for ourselves) and it was lovely to hear that you have been satisfied with our efforts. We believe that clear and careful communication is the key to establishing good rapport and that this in turn ensures the patient can make informed choices about their treatment plan and be reassured about any worries their forthcoming treatment may pose.

Follow up calls are part of our routine process to check all is well and to deal with any outstanding queries a patient may have. This also allows us to provide advise and support should any concerns be raised.
