"Rejected when assistance requested"

I have been a member for 56 years. My wife became anxious about a skin condition on her face. In June we had a consultant appointment and she was advised that she had a basal Cell Carcinoma that would require an excision. However although a date for treatment was given for 22/08/17 this has now been cancelled and no further dates are currently available . Naturally we didnt want this to continue untreated for too long in case it develops into something more serious. So we turned to Benneden a complete waste of time as we had already had a consultation a second consultation and treatment was not allowed under the rules! Why have I paid all this money for 56 years. I wouldnt advise joining this scheme.
