"First visit to Cannock Hospital"

I was nervous before I attended Cannock Hospital, , for my colonoscopy, since I had never been here previously. However from the moment I entered the hospital I felt at ease.

The hospital gave an immediate impression of cleanliness and the staff were helpful, co-operative and friendly, all of which relaxed me.

The staff who were responsible for my procedure could not have been more caring

The whole experience was a credit to the hospital, from the porters, nurses and doctors.

I particularly appreciated the fact that the team were all female, and felt the hospital and staff are a credit to the NHS.
