"Waiting for a response following a complaint"

About: Lakeside Unit

(as a friend),

Complained via the official channel, waited 6 weeks for a response, as per the timescale the trust deems reasonable.

I think that the complaint should have been carried out by an individual body and not the unit in question. No transparency.

I think the care our mental health patients are receiving is disgraceful
