"Incontinence service procedures"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Specialist Continence Service (North)

(as a carer),

After waiting 2 weeks before a nurse came then having to wait and collect 3days wet pants for them to be weighed and then a further week before deciding she could have the new products and now being told they are going to send samples out by Royal Mail to see which one WE choose, we need the product NOW my wife has advanced dementia and other medical problems and I am also disabled and her carer, all this is causeing us extra distress, we need help now please.

I am sorry you are not happy with the continence service. Please call on 01623 781891 and they can direct you to the appropriate clinician to address your concerns.

This number only refers us back to the nurses hub number that we had already spoken to,we need to speak to the continence service direct to get some immediate action
