I was given this number for my fiancee by her mental health team as an emergency number. I have called on numourus occasions and have seen in person. The first time we spoke to them they asked to a suicidal person in crisis why they haven't killed themselves yet (Great start). The second time I had spoken to them was over the phone and I would like to add that my fiancee at this point is pregnant and they said to her over the phone that she should put our unborn child up for foster or adoption, which as you could imagine only made her situation worse, this kind of response would be hard for someone who isn't in a crisis to hear, but as a result it made it worse. I am so angry that the staff can even be allowed to say things like this.
Yours sincerely
