I recently had counselling at walkden gateway. I found the whole experience very relaxing and helpful.

I have had help in the past with CBT.

This time I was introduced to mindfulness and I found it a lot better and easier to understand. (I feel that you are a lot nearer to understanding we sufferers)

My counsellor was brilliant, so easy to talk to. I did a lot of writing down things that were troubling me and they were explained to me, every time I had an appointment. I was encouraged to write notes, it is a great way of getting your story accross.
