"Efficient and friendly paediatric A&E"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended the Paediatric A&E at Croydon Hospital after my daughter had fallen off her horse and hit her head. The staff were efficient and friendly, giving her reassurance and providing good communication throughout. We were seen quickly and we were informed of the plan of care throughout. As a teenager my daughter is not easily impressed but even she commented on what a nice hospital it is! A big thank you to all the nurses, doctors and the radiographer.

Thank you very much for your feedback and I hope that your daughter recovers well from what sounds like a very nasty fall.

It is really helpful when we get the views of teenagers and other young people, particularly around communication, and so it is good to know how impressed she was!

I will make sure that all the staff have a chance to see your comments as it will mean a lot to them.
