"waited four and a half hours and not..."

What I liked

waited four and a half hours and not even seen by the appropriet team. then sent back by drop in centre in charlotte street with letter told i would be seen striaght away but not seen agian after a further one hour thirty miutes wait,not good enough for a wednesday night.

What could be improved

you could keep people better informed on possible waiting times,giving people a chance to either reshcedule a appointment or go to another hospital with better waiting times.

Anything else?

Be more economical with the truth.
