"Security parking staff"

Have only been to this hospital 3 times in the past 2 year parked in a 20 min drop off bay just had to wait for my partner to drop a sample off for. Security came and had a go saying i had 5 mins to move otherwise I'll get a ticket I told them I'm just waiting for 5 mins they for aggressive saying I'm lying and if I don't move within 5 mins they will give me a ticket I told them the sign clearly states 20 mins max I had only been there 5 and they got angry and said "right we'll I'll issue you with a ticket now" how can this obnoxious horrible person still be allowed work there no manners no respect it's disgusting how I was spoken to I never want to go back to this hospital because of the way I was spoken to there is a way in which you ask someone you don't let the power get to your head and get aggressive absolutely disgusting treatment from the security staff traffic 5 is the only information they gave me when I asked for their name as I will be putting in a complaint
