I fed up of waiting for the Doctor's surgery to pck up the phone, I waited for 35 minutes and was being charged at premium rate the whole time and was told that i was number 2 throughout the entire period, 36 minutes later I was told that I was number 1.
It amazes me how an appointment booking can take 45 minutes, at peak rate to book a slot. The transition between patient number 1 and number 2 is a delay of 35 minutes.
Disgruntled and annoyed!
