the remember service what always send me a text on my phone did not work this time. i now need to make a new referral from my GP and that can take 4 month before i have a new appointment . i did move house and lost a lot of paperwork . not the hospital fold . but i problem for me. i must state the specialist is a very good doctor no complaint about her as person

I am sorry that your appointment letter and text message either didn't arrive or got lost in the move or the post. Unfortunately as you have missed your appointment you will need to contact your GP surgery for another referral to the Hospital. When you attend the GP surgery can you make sure that all your details are up to date (new address, telephone number etc) as this will help us make sure that you receive any correspondence.
