The Falls and Syncope unit is a bit difficult to find, but the care was excellent. The staff were friendly, the consultant really talked to me and explained and involved me in the procedures, and I felt as though I was being taken seriously. I was referred for a slightly unusual reason, which wasn't obvious in the paperwork I'd been sent, but the consultant knew exactly why I was there and why it was relevant, had clearly taken the time to look at my notes properly, and I was never made to feel as though I was wasting anyone's time, or as though I shouldn't be there. Staff were very knowledgeable and proactive about followup and putting the next steps into place. Really good experience, first class.
