About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I attended the x-ray drop in service at the Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, Fife.

We easily found the department and received a warm welcome.

The wait wasn't long and I was quickly seen by Chris who made me feel very comfortable and getting the X-Ray was quick too.

I was impressed with the service and was happy I was able to get this done after work so I didn't need to take an unknown amount of time off to wait at a drop in.

My only comment was that my GP only gave me the opening times for weekdays however there were open times for the weekend on display in the waiting room, this may have influenced my decision on when to attend.

Overall however its an excellent service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback following a recent attendance at the X Ray Department in Queen Margaret. What you describe is exactly the Service we aim to provide. I will gladly pass on your comments to the Team in X Ray and make sure Chris gets to see this, I am sure it will make his day! Positive feedback really helps to re enforce good practice, so thanks for sharing.

With regards your point about the GP Practice, I will ask that a communication be sent round all the Practices.
