"It has changed my life"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I would be in a very different situation today and much worse off, if I had not had the treatment and time by Complex Needs and Keith. It has changed my life and got me on a path to recovery. It was very hard completing DBT but very useful. And the offer of being able to call for coaching whenever I need it even after being discharged, is a lifesaver (literally. ) The psychologists and psychiatrists are less helpful as they treat you less humanly and with less compassion but the DBT therapists are very good.

I am pleased that the Complex Needs Team have helped you on the path to recovery and I will gladly pass on your comments to Keith and the managers. I am pleased that you have been able to have effective DBT and that you are able to access coaching support when you need this.

I wish you all the best on your continued path to recovery

Best Wishes
