"Excellent service they went above and beyond"

I've been trying to get a refferal from my gp surgery to Sheffield hospital for the last 10 weeks because they was a lot of paper work it seemed to slow the process down. I spoke to a lovely person in refferals and they really did go beyond what is expected of them and managed with another person's help to get my children's refferal letters. I just would like to say thank you so much for all of your help. It's really appreciated and You didn't have to do it but you did. Thank you so much.
