"Poor care"

About: Littlebrook Hospital

My mother was on Pinewood ward for 6 weeks. Staff are disorganised and unfriendly at times. Lacking communication amongst themselves and other professional. Lack of communication with family.

My mother was discharged with a promised care package in place . She was still waiting for this 3 days later.

I understand that the NHS is stretched but where has the caring culture gone.

Thank you for sharing your reflections on the care at Pinewood Ward although we are very sorry that your experience has not been as positive as KMPT

would have wished.

We are sorry to note that you felt that professionals did not communicate well together or with you, her family.

pleased to consider your feedback more fully.

We hope that the care package has now been clarified but Megan would follow this up if it remains outstanding.
