About: Northwick Park Hospital / General surgery

Very clean and some of the staff very helpful. Didn't quite understand the queuing system in A&E with only 1 person booking people in and 3 others sat on reception talking.

Not treated with respect or dignity. My permission was not asked for a student to be present and a nurse wanted to take a full history in a public waiting room. Can't get the basics right what can you do?

I am sorry to hear that you were not treated with dignity or respect and apologise that you were not given the opportunity to confirm whether you would like a student present.

It was pleasing to learn that A&E was very clean and that some of the staff were helpful, it is always encouraging to have positive feedback and I have shared your comments accordingly with the staff.
