"Extremely happy with treatment, explanations &..."

I attended the WIC with my son following our holiday as he thought he had water stuck in his ear.

The nurse we saw was extremely friendly and polite and put him at ease straight away.

They explained that it was actually an infection and that he also had a small tear in the ear-drum; possibly from the infection or from the flight also.

They got second opinions to check, arranged the prescription needed, advised clearly what my son should and shouldn't do, side effects to look out for with the medication, and what we needed to do to follow up the visit.

We were more than happy with the treatment and care we received - thank you so much!!

All in all an invaluable service.
