"Vastly improved services"

I have been a patient at the practice on Bentley Road for a number of years and have used the services on a number of occasions for routine screening appointments, emergency care and to deal with specific medical concerns and issues. In the past the service has been poor to mediocre, and inconsistent, never seeing the same doctor twice, poor advice from nursing staff. The exception being the care I received in an emergency, which was brilliant. Sadly the doctor responsible for my care on that occasion subsequently left.

I recently needed to seek medical advice and the response I have had has been exemplary.

The doctor took time to actively listen,was patient,understanding took the time to help me to feel confident about discussing my medical concerns. I was given options and advice supported by printed information to take away, given the time to consider and discuss potential treatment plans. The doctor who I saw for a number of appointments always carried out a thorough, consultation and examination.

The whole experience was extremely empowering and positive.

Now just improve the admin / reception services and waiting time for appointments and you will be top notch.
