(as the patient),

I had a lady come to my house and visit me to give me a memory test. It was a good test and it lasted about an hour and I could answer all the questions. The reason I had the appointment is because I was struggling with my memory a while back and sometimes didn’t know if I had dreamt things or if they were real, but I was under a lot of stress at the time and I’m feeling better now.

The young girl that came was very nice and I’m very satisfied with the service. Although I am doing better now she asked me if I would like to see them again in 6 months which I thought was very good so I said yes.
