"I was made to feel very welcome"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a service user),

When I first started the course I was very scared and nervous, but I was made to feel very welcome, the two ladies that ran the course was very nice, helpful and the other service users was very nice and non-judgmental. It was very nice to hear all the parents parenting strategies.

I've already recommended it to my sister

Hello

Thankyou for taking the time to tell us about your experience of the Incredible Years parenting programme. Alot of parents tell us they are quite nervous when they first attend but soon start to realise that they are not alone and make friends within the group.

It is often reassuring to hear other parents talk about their experiences and find out what strategies work for them too! thank you for your recommendation.
