"Appointment Letter"

About: Weston Day Hospital / General Psychiatry

(as a relative),

Today I attended an appointment at the Mental Health Services department in Westfield House, Cupar. I wonder what you think about the fact that the letter had no address on it, nor was there any notice at the gate, or in the grounds, which told the public what the building was.

I wonder how many DNAs there are.

The consultation was in fact very good.

Dear Iandg, thank you taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion regarding the letter you received and the signage at Weston Day Hospital, Weston House, Cupar.

My apologies that you received a letter with no address details on it. I have contacted the Weston team today and they have reminded staff to ensure the unit is identified on all correspondence. I have also highlighted the issue of appropriate signage and the team will review the signage at street level.

I am pleased that your consultation went well.

Thanks again for your feedback.

Ken
