"Visit to Rheumatologist"

Attended Little Aston Hospital on Weds. 9th August 2017.

No issues in terms of appointment with Consultant.

Very unprofessional behaviour by reception staff.

I was pointed at and referred to as 'that woman over there' by a member of reception staff addressing the two who were seated. There was obviously some amusing comments that followed then as they were all laughing.

This disgusting behaviour was witnessed by my brother, who had taken me to the appt. and he wanted to speak to the reception staff but I advised him not to.

I have been a self funding patient at Little Aston on several occasions and have never witnessed this type of behaviour before.

At a cost of £200 for the appt. and given the usually good reputation Little Aston has, I would expect better behaviour.
