What I liked

I was referred to the lung specialist clinic for tests. I was seen by a lovely consultant who arranged my tests quickly and efficiently. I felt that all the staff really cared about my well being and engaged with me at all times, treating me as an intelligent adult who is able to make informed decisions with the team. A lovely experience in a very pleasant hospital. Many of the bigger hospitals could learn a lot from Hertford and I wish you had inpatient care. Thankyou

What could be improved

more than one receptionist at busy times.
