Attended for minor surgery involving the removal of what was found to be a basel cell carcinoma. Staff are friendly and personable. However, you just get the impression that they are wheeling the patients in and out as quickly as possible. That was certainly case for my surgery whereas I had been told I would have a skin graft during consultation, this turned into a simple removal with no cosmetic element involved. End result a nice scar on my forehead
The results where obtained some two months later in October 2016, through Broomfield Hospital. Not impressed by the private sector nor public sector element of this episode of care.
