On 8 August at 3.00pm I attended the endoscopy unit for a procedure. By 3.40pm all the paperwork, preamble tests and the procedure itself had been completed and I had been discharged.
The service throughout was friendly and excellent.
Prior to, during and following the procedure, I was kept informed about what was going on and what the results were.
An excellent example of the care provided by the NHS(free).
