(as a service user),

I broke my wrist falling out of a tree...I rarely go to hospital so I wasn't sure what to expect but from A&E through to the operation itself, I have to say I was hugely impressed. I was a bit worried about my wrist but every member of staff, Nurses, Doctors and Consultants, explained exactly what was going to happen and why. Their combination of care (kindness) and expertise was very reassuring. Thank you Grantham Hospital and the NHS (and no more tree climbing for me).
