What I liked

I just wanted to say that from when I arrived at A&E on the 24th of July 2010, with a shoulder injury. I was treated quickly and efficiently. This all done with good humour, reassurance, great friendliness and very professional.

I never felt rushed at any stage and was also given an excercise information sheet, which has helped my recovery.

Please would you pass on my thanks and good wishes to all of the duty staff for that evening.
