(as the patient),

Could not have asked or expected any better care. Staff at all levels highly professional.

Excellent communication, keeping me informed on a regular basis during my stay, particularly regarding a slight delay when the theatre was busy.

My husband appreciated the warm welcome and a cup of tea when coming to collect me!

Keep up the good work. More people should appreciate our wonderful NHS! !!

Dear Active retiree

Thank you for taking the time to post about your recent stay in the day surgery unit, the staff will be pleased to hear that you felt that all staff were highly professional. It is important to us to keep patients well informed to minimise any concerns they may be having.
