"leaving, and never ever having to go..."

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske)

What I liked

leaving, and never ever having to go back

What could be improved

basic treatment, courtesy, and some level of diligence following basic guidlines laid down for the testing and diagnosing of prostate and basic urological problems,

Total inability of staff to comunicate instructions, and even introduce themslves and be pleasant and even Knock on the door before entering a room with a patient in distress<

Rude rude rude,

Anything else?

I left this dept bleeding and given no advice about pain control and told there was no problem,

A month later I have an infection, still suffer bleeding and require pretty high doses of pain management,

My condition has worsened because of the inept investigation I received,

I went into Treliske without any of these problems and my original disorder has still not been diagnosed.

I will now need to attend for all the tests to be done again and properly, as they missed the fact I have a massive prostate problem, a ten second examination has confirmed this fact,

A five year old could do better

thankfully my GP will not send me back there, and I will be getting proper treatment and assessment at a proper urology dept,

I have made complaints via PALS and will be following up with a report via ICAS
